Privacy policy

AI Clip Factory is a software product that turns long videos into short clips. Questions about this policy: clipbusiness28@gmail.com.

We collect only what we need to sell and run the software:

• Name and email you give at checkout
• Billing address, used for tax and payment checks
• Membership and payment status from Whop
• Videos and other media you upload into the app so we can generate clips
• Basic product usage, such as processing jobs and exports, so we can support you and keep the app working

Checkout and card or bank payments are handled by Whop. We do not store your full card number. Whop’s own privacy terms also apply to payment data.

We use it to create your membership, deliver the app, process videos you upload, send receipts and support messages, improve the product, and meet tax and legal duties. We do not sell your personal information or your footage.

Footage you upload stays yours. We process it only to find highlights, add captions and music, and export clips for you. Do not upload video you do not have the right to use.

Whop processes payments and memberships. Hosting and email providers may see technical data needed to run the site and send messages. We do not share your uploads with other customers or with advertisers.

Account and billing records are kept while you have a membership and for as long as tax or dispute rules require after that. You can ask us to delete videos you uploaded into the app.

Depending on where you live, including in the UK, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to limit how we use it. Email clipbusiness28@gmail.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with our response, you can contact the ICO.

The site uses cookies that are needed for checkout and to remember your cart. We do not use them to run ads on this site.
