Terms of service

These terms apply when you start a trial or buy AI Clip Factory. Checkout is handled on this site and through Whop. By completing checkout you also agree to our refund policy and privacy policy.

AI Clip Factory is a Windows and Mac app that finds highlights in long videos, adds captions and music, and exports vertical clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software while your membership is active. You are not buying the source code or any right to resell the app.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and of the clips the software produces from them. You must only upload footage you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing captions and clips before you post them, and for following the rules of any platform you publish to.

Do not use the software for illegal content, to process video you do not have rights to, to share your login, or to attack or reverse-engineer the product in a way that harms other customers. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

Highlights, captions, and music are generated automatically. They can miss context or contain errors. We do not promise that a clip will perform well on social media.

Prices are shown at checkout. The monthly plan is $19.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. The yearly plan is $154 per year after a 7-day free trial. Tax may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop. Memberships renew until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current trial or paid period. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Once a paid charge goes through, that payment is not refunded. Details are in the refund policy.

We may update the software, presets, and these terms. If a billing change would apply to a renewal, it will be shown before that renewal. We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent allowed by law, AI Clip Factory is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses from using the software. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. That does not take away consumer protections that apply where you live.
