Refund policy

AI Clip Factory is software. After checkout you get access to a Windows and Mac app that turns long videos into short clips. There is no physical product to ship or return.

The monthly plan ($19.99 per month) and the yearly plan ($154 per year) both start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Once a paid charge goes through, that payment is final. We do not refund the first paid period, later renewals, or unused time in a month or year you already paid for.

Cancel from your Whop membership, or email clipbusiness28@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the trial or the paid period you already paid for ends. Cancel before a renewal if you do not want to be charged again.

AI Clip Factory runs on Windows and Mac. If it will not install or run on a supported computer, email us and we will help you get it working. That does not change the no-refund rule after a paid charge.

Email clipbusiness28@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout if a charge looks wrong, such as a duplicate payment. Include your Whop username or the email on the order. Please write to us before opening a bank dispute.

This policy does not take away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived, including rights under UK consumer law where they apply.
